            Tyre debeader is intended for removing steel wire ring from tyre edge. The machine can work in two modes - automatic and manual - with help of control panel.

Ring extraction takes place with a metal hook, which is hooked up behind the edge of the tyre and is driven by a hydraulic cylinder. To ensure fast and smooth performance of the equipment hydraulic station has two operating modes for extraction of ring.

Support surface of extraction ring and tyre is designed in the way that the ring falls below the work area of hydro cylinder. It allows you to pull out more than ten tyre rings, and to open protection grid for removing extracted rings only when you need to stop the work. This ensures a high level of productivity and security.

In addition the machine is equipped with tyre lift, which lifts and holds the tire near the extraction hook - the operator should only roll the tire in it when it is located at the floor level.
